Head Chef / Kitchen Manager
Lead our culinary team in preparing exceptional dishes that reflect Cafe Rio's commitment to fresh, flavorful cuisine. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, manage food quality, and mentor junior staff to deliver consistent excellence with every plate.
- 3+ years of professional kitchen management experience
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a fast-paced culinary team
- Experience with inventory management and cost control
Line Cook
Prepare and cook menu items according to Cafe Rio's recipes and quality standards. You'll work alongside our talented kitchen team to ensure every dish leaves the kitchen looking and tasting its absolute best during service hours.
- 1+ year of cooking experience in a restaurant environment
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen
- Valid Food Handler's certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills
Front of House Server
Be the face of Cafe Rio and create memorable dining experiences for every guest. You'll take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure customers feel genuinely welcomed and valued throughout their visit from arrival to farewell.
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
Barista & Beverage Specialist
Craft exceptional coffee drinks, specialty teas, fresh juices, and other beverages that perfectly complement our menu. You'll bring creativity and precision to every cup, turning each beverage into a moment our guests look forward to.
- Experience as a barista or beverage professional
- Knowledge of espresso techniques and coffee preparation methods

Catering & Events Coordinator
Plan, organize, and execute exceptional catering and private event experiences for our clients. You'll work closely with guests to understand their vision, coordinate with the kitchen team, and ensure every event runs flawlessly from start to finish.
- 2+ years of event planning or catering coordination experience
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
